Hali Mynatt

Owner | Event Coordinator

Hi! My name is Hali Mynatt, owner of Hali Mae Events. I am married to my high school sweetheart. In addition to the events business, we run a small farm operation in Mooresville where we grow crops and raise cattle. I am a mom to 3 young children, I own 2 event venues, 5 East and The Barn at Milkhouse Lane, and I love ALL things events!

 

I found my passion for events at a young age when I organized a benefit concert and auction to raise money for a friend who suffered injuries in a car accident. I began working as a college student for a prestigious Indianapolis catering company and my love for all things events grew even bigger!

 

Fast forward a couple years, I graduated from IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, and began my career as an Event Coordinator for a local non-profit shortly after. I now have over 12 years experience in the industry - coordinating weddings, social events, galas, golf outings, corporate events and more. I am excited to watch my education and experience come to fruition through this company!

 

I am eager to partner with you to make all your event dreams come true!

With several years of experience in the event industry, I’m passionate about making sure every event goes off without a hitch. My goal is to make your wedding day unforgettable, offering personalized service and expert coordination to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.

Amber Overton

Day of Wedding Coordinator

Hi there! My name is Amber Overton, thank you for checking out our venue and website, we at 5 East are happy to have you! 'm a wedding coordinator. An organized and reliable professional, ready to help guide you seamlessly through your wedding day.

 

I'm a certified event and wedding professional, and I'm so excited to be working in my chosen field. I've been working in events for many years, including several years of experience in catering and photography, and I've coordinated dozens of weddings.

 

My qualities & skills include multitasking, creativity, and attention to detail. A welcoming & approachable artist with an eye for aesthetics. When I'm not working at events, I love trying new things, from blacksmithing to learning new styles of dance!

Erica Apollos

Day of Wedding Coordinator

Hello! My name is Erica Apollos, one of the wedding coordinators here at 5 East. I am SO excited for this season of life you are in, and cannot wait for the chance to celebrate your special day with you! I have been married to my best friend for 4 years now, and we have two beautiful babies that bring us so much joy! 

 

I have been coordinating weddings for a handful of years now, both on my own and here at 5 East, a wonderful venue! Wedding coordination is my “side” job, simply because I truly love doing it! Full time, I am a Program Coordinator for residency/fellowships at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital. My initial training/background was in physical therapy as a clinician, however, it was wedding coordination that helped me make the transition into the administrative world, to a job that I truly do love! 

 

It is my goal for you to be able to look back on your wedding day and remember even the little things and moments, without having to stress about them happening! I am so excited to be able to work with you and make your dream day come true!
